Mrs. Lisa Burger

Lisa Burger began teaching at Lincoln Lutheran in 2005. She teaches business, math, and computer classes. She grew up in Norfolk, Nebraska with her parents and two older brothers. She was in the first graduating class of Lutheran High Northeast and then attended Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. In 2005 she married Ryan, who works as a CPA for the State Auditor’s Office.

Mrs. Burger came to Lincoln Lutheran because her husband was already working in Lincoln, and she knew she wanted to teach in a Lutheran school. This position became available, she took it, and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Besides teaching, she coaches the Blue Angels Dance Team and helps coach middle school volleyball. Her favorite thing about teaching here is that she gets to work in a Christian environment and she loves getting to know the students and the people she works with.

In her free time she loves to spend time with her family and friends, and enjoys playing and watching sports, scrapbooking, and traveling.
