Ms. Jesse Wisroth
Jesse Wisroth was born and raised in Crawford, Nebraska. The daughter of a Lutheran pastor, Wisroth moved with her family to Saratoga, Wyoming, when her father took a Call to the dual parish there. In Saratoga, she attended public middle and high school, graduating in 2005. After high school, she attended Concordia University, Nebraska, where she majored in middle level education with concentrations in math and Spanish and a Lutheran Teacher's Diploma. At Concordia, she sang in choirs, played intramural sports, tutored and worked for the football team. Wisroth graduated in 2009 and accepted the Call to Lincoln Lutheran Middle/High School.
Jesse Wisroth currently teaches Spanish I and works in the library. For her, one of the greatest blessings of teaching at Lincoln Lutheran is the freedom to live out her faith in the classroom and on the field, where she coaches middle school football and track. Though at heart a small-town country girl who loves to see the mountains rising over the horizon, Wisroth enjoys the community atmosphere of the school and churches, and also, as a distant yet significant second, the opportunity to watch the Huskers at Memorial Stadium once in a while.
