Congratulations to Concordia Athlete Kelli Ziegler

Congratulations to 2006 grad Kelli Ziegler as she was selected to the 2007 Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska College Team.

Eight players throughout the state from each of the following divisions: Division II, III and NAIA colleges were selected for this honor. Concordia led all GPAC schools for volleyball with two World-Herald selections: senior middle blocker Katie Werner from Syracuse, Neb. and Kelli Ziegler, a sophomore setter / right side hitter from Lincoln Lutheran. Werner and Ziegler were also selected to GPAC 1st team All-Conference team.

Lincoln Lutheran Founders Award

Lincoln Lutheran Founders Award Presented to Rev. Melvin Tassler. The Lincoln Lutheran Founders Award was recently created to honor the supporters who were instrumental in the organization of the Lincoln Lutheran School Association and development of Lincoln Lutheran Junior High School. The award will be given annually in recognition of an individual who has made a lasting impact on the mission and ministry of the Lincoln Lutheran School Association through their commitment and/or service.

Alumni, Supporters and Friends Come Home to Lincoln Lutheran

Fellow alumni, friends and supporters of Lincoln Lutheran attended the “Coming Home - Memories, Ministry & Mission” event on Saturday, October 13, 2007.

The event culminated the week of Homecoming and provided all those who support Lincoln Lutheran a time to gather, reflect and come together for the mission of God’s work here at Lincoln Lutheran. The evening included several speakers including Connie Deterding, wife of the late Don Deterding.
