HS/MS Spring Sport meetings

There will a HS Spring Sports meeting (Boys Soccer, Track, Boys Golf) on Monday, 2/26 at 6pm. (TIME CHANGE) The HS Girls Soccer Parent meeting will be on Monday at 5:45pm. The MS (6th-8th) Track meeting will be Tuesday, 2/27 at 5:30pm.  

Warrior Wear at Sports Meeting

Warrior Wear will be for sale after the Spring Sports parent meetings on Monday 2/26 & Tuesday 2/27.  Stop by to see what we have on hand for sale or get your orders reserved via the google link You will be able to pay for them when you pick them up Monday or Tuesday.  Any reserved orders that have been reserved and not picked up by Tuesday after the meeting will be put back into stock. 

Parent/Player Baseball Meeting

Spring Sports Starts

Spring Sports Start on Monday, February 26th. If you are thinking about going out for boys golf, soccer, track or baseball, please talk to the coach or see the front desk if you have questions.

HS Boys Soccer

High School Boys soccer practice will start on Monday February 26th. We will begin practice at 4:15, and end at 6:00, Monday-Friday.  You will need to dress for the weather if we are outside for practice. Be prepared for indoor practice as well.  If you have any questions you can email,  

School Choice Presentation

Did you know that Nebraska is one of five states that don’t offer a School Choice benefit to parents?  What is School Choice?  How might this benefit parents who send their children to Christian schools? Come and learn how current legislation can positively help our Lutheran schools on Tuesday, February 27 at 6:30pm at  Lincoln Lutheran. More information is one the attached flyer. LL Blood Drive

The Student Council will be again hosting their annual American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 7, from 9 am-4 pm. Please consider donating that day. All donations have the potential to save three lives. Come to Great Britain!

There will be an informational meeting for those students, parents, and alumni interested in traveling to Ireland, Scotland and England in June of 2020. Current Lincoln Lutheran students in grades 7 through 12, current college-aged Lincoln Lutheran alumni, and parents are encouraged to attend during ONE of the following times: Sunday, March 4 @ 2pm, Tuesday, March 6 @ 7pm & Thursday, March 8 @ 7pm. All meetings will take place in the Lincoln Lutheran Media Center.

State Dance & Cheer

State Dance & Cheer: Dance got 4th and was only .5 away from the runner-up and Cheer got 6th and was 6 points away from runner-up.  Great Job Girls!  

Spring Driver's Ed Class

If you would like to participate in the Spring Driver's Ed class that is planned to begin on April 3, here at LL, please stop by the front desk to add your name to the prospective student list and to pick up a flier which has a link to the online registration. Classes will be held from 6:45 am to 7:45 M-F. John Bailey from All-Metro Driving School will once again be teaching the class. We need a minimum of 12 students to have the class, so please sign up ASAP so we can get numbers to John.

ISO: Audio Amplifiers

Lincoln Lutheran is looking for a few old audio amplifiers. We've received a donation of ceiling speakers which we are putting in some classrooms, but we need amplifiers to run the speakers. Practically any amplifier would work fine. They need to have at least one pair of RCA line in jacks and one or more speaker out jacks. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Sommerer

Baseball Driver's Needed

LL is looking for 2 drivers to take the baseball players to practice.  It is Monday-Friday leaving by 3:30 and getting back by 6:30/7:00. Please contact (via phone or email) Mr. Joel Brase at to get more information or to say which days you can help with.  

Pass/No Record - Due March 13

Any Junior or Senior who would like to take a Second Semester class on a Pass/No Record basis should pick up a form from the guidance center.  Signed forms must be returned no later than March 13th.

District Wrestling Results

Friday and Saturday (2/9-10) Malcolm played host to the 2108 C-1 District Wrestling tournament. The LL Warriors had a strong showing. Congratulations to three of our Warrior Wrestlers who finished their season with winning records, a first in LL Wrestling history! Junior Tommy Nabity finished with a record of 17-15 and finished Districts will a record of 2-2. Senior Joe Admiraal finished the year with a 21-20 record and finished Districts with a record of 2-2.

Congrats to 6th Grade Girls BB Team

Congratulations to the 6th Grade LL Champions Girls BB team on their 1st place finish at the Seward Showcase this weekend in Seward! Well done!

LL MS Basketball Tourney Results

Congrats to all our LL MS Basketball teams on great games all weekend at the LL Middle School Basketball Tournament (2/2-3)! Here were the results of the weekend: MS A and B Girls teams both beat Lincoln Christian and Bishop Neumann to finish 1st in each division. MS A Boys won their first round vs Wilber Clatonia, but fell a little short in the Championship game vs. ABA. They finished 2nd.
