Bryan Health Career Camp

Congratulations to Clara Rich!

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation recognizes students of the very highest caliber in the academic arena.  Of the 1.5 million high school students that enter into the National Merit Scholarship competition, only 1% of them are recognized as National Merit Finalists.  Clara Rich, 12th grade student at Lincoln Lutheran, has been named a National Merit Finalist this year.  Congratulations to Clara on receiving this prodigious distinction! 

Cornhusker Boys/Girls State

Any junior boys or girls interested in applying for the American Legion "Cornhusker Boys/Girls State" should stop by the Guidance Office for an application.  Applications are due back to Mrs. Cassiday by Friday, February 1st.  This is an excellent opportunity for students with a strong academic record and an interest in leadership and community involvement

Attorney General's Youth Advisory Council

Juniors & Seniors are invited to apply for the Attorney General's Youth Advisory Council.  The mission of the AGYAC is to:

- provide ongoing and direct input on government policies and practices that may affect teenagers

- recommend and foster initiatives for and by youth

- encourage youth to become active participants in their local and state government; and

- promote and give recognition to the abilities, accomplishments and contributions of young people in their communities.
