Mrs. Laura Stumpf

Laura Stumpf and her family are new to the Lincoln community as of July 2014.  They are most recently from the Indianapolis suburbs, and moved to Lincoln when her husband Andy accepted a Call to serve at Christ Lutheran as a DCE.  Their family also includes Ethan, a busy four year old, and Emma, who joined their family in April 2014.

High School Science Fair

Four Warrior freshmen completed experimental research projects (science fair) this year:  Kali Dubas, Abagail Lofgren, Dani Stowers, and Isaac Zager.  All four competed in both the Lincoln Lutheran High School Science Fair and the Southeast Nebraska Junior Academy of Science Regional Fair at UNL.

Congratulations MS Science Bowl Team!

This past weekend on Saturday, Feb. 1st, four 7th grade science students, Ian Kollipara, Tyler Scholz, Noah Stueber, and Adler Rickords participated in the Nebraska regional science bowl competition.  These young men spent many days after school practicing and learning extra math and science topics.  The team finished the Science Bowl tied for 9th out of 36 teams.  Way to go Warrior Science/Mathletes!!!

Mr. Jeff Rickords

Mr. Rickords began teaching in 1996 after graduating from Concordia Seward.  He also earned a Master degree in educational design and technology from Concordia Wisconsin in 2011.   He spent 17 years teaching at Immanuel Lutheran School in Albuquerque NM before joining the Lincoln Lutheran family.  He enjoys teaching middle school age students because of their enthusiasm for learning about God’s creation and serving the Savior.

Attention Students Interested in Weather

Students interested in weather have two different opportunities to study weather.  There will be a one day symposium on Apr. 6 from 9am-2pm at East Campus or students ages 11-14 can attend a week-long camp @ UNL June 11 - 15.  Stop by the office to pick up fliers for more information.
