Lincoln Lutheran is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Football Coach.  The Warriors are members of the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and compete in Class C-1.  Qualified candidates should have experience coaching high school football, and should possess strong communication, organizational, motivational, and coaching skills.

Varsity Football Team Wins Home Debut

In its home debut of the 2013 season, the Warrior football team gave the Lincoln Lutheran faithful a great show as they defeated Douglas County West 47-26.  On the opening kick-off, junior Benjamin Schmeling raced through the Falcon coverage for a 77 yard touchdown return.  Harrison Martin’s successful point-after-attempt made it 7-0.  Schmeling again scored on a 28 yard touchdown run, and, with Martin’s kick conversion, the score was 14-0.  D.C.

High School Football Camp Luther Retreat

Friday/Saturday, Aug. 9 & 10, 2013

It was another GREAT year at Camp Luther -- servant work, water fun, team building, cookout, campfire, and devotion time! There was lots of labor, lots of laughs, lots of bonding, and lots of fruitful spiritual meditation.  The coaching staff was EXTREMELY pleased with the overall behavior of the young men...they worked hard, were well mannered, and were very responsible; they were excellent ambassadors for Christ and Lincoln Lutheran!
