There was much excitement in the halls of Lincoln Lutheran High School this week as the Lady Warriors began their post season. The Warriors played back to back games on Monday and Tuesday against high-seeded opponents in the subdistrict tournament. Against the second ranked Ashland Greenwood Bluejays, the Warriors quickly put away the first two games 25-17 and 25-13. The Warriors seemed to lose focus in the third game trailing the Bluejays 18-25. However, Lincoln Lutheran battled to the last point, winning set 4 25-23. Ashley Dudycha led the Warriors with 14 kills and Lydia Pomerenke added nine kills with the help of Ashley Brozek, 31 assists. On the defensive side, Emma Hybl contributed 26 digs.
