What support is there if my child encounters a problem with his device?

Each student is responsible for being familiar enough with their device to use it on a daily basis, but we understand that unusual problems can arise. After students troubleshoot their problem (usually with a Google search for a solution), they can bring it to the Lincoln Lutheran Tech Center to have someone look at the device. As far as tablets go, we are most familiar with the iPad and will be able to offer the most support to students with that device.
