MS VB Friday, August 29, Training

On August 29, 2008, the volleyball training will end at 4:30, in order for the girls to enjoy the Booster Bash festivities. 

Training for the following week will start on Tuesday, September 2nd.  Times will run as follows for September 2nd thru September 12th:

  Squad A & B training will start at 3:45 and end at 4:45.  The athletes will remain in the gym and work on conditioning drills and/or homework until 5:45 or until they are picked up. 

  The Catholic League Squad A & B will begin at 4:45  and end at 5:45.  These athletes will run conditioning drills and/or work on homework from 3:45 till 4:45.
