LINCOLN LUTHERAN MIDDLE SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY 2010

The Middle School Cross Country Running Warriors completed their season on a strong note in 2009 having participating in 6 meets during the season. All runners finished strong and most finished the season with a personal best.
The 2010 season looks very promising with some returnees and a large class of new beginners. To date we have the largest team with a total of 22 runners – 6 girls and 16 boys.
The Middle School Cross Country team will again compete in 6 meets this upcoming season ranging in distances of 1- 1 ½ miles in length. Practices will still be held 3 times a week and will include trail running, hill and track workouts, core work and a little bit of fun included.
We look forward again to another great season!!!
