Executive Summary:
Middle School Play: Cinderstein

The middle school students are preparing to put on an amazing play. This play is about Cinderella and Frankenstein, and is being directed by Rebecca Onnen. It will be performed in the small gym on April 1st at 7 P.M., April 2nd, also at 7 P.M. and April 3rd at 2 P.M. The cost to see this play will be $7.

There were 65 middle school students who tried out for the play, which was amazing according to Mrs. Olp. Because this many sudents tried out, they have a full cast and various committees. The students of the committies will be doing the hair, makeup, advertising, stage crew and the tech crew, which will be great learning opportunities.

Mrs. Olp is looking forward to seeing all of the hard work come together. She is also excited to see all of the students on stage, and to see them perform and feed off the audience and their reactions. She only has a few concerns, including snow days and and time needed for practice, and she says some students are a little worried about all the memorization. She has enjoyed laughing with all the cast.

Overall, this play is going to be a great way to be entertained by many gifted students showing off the talents that God has blessed them with.
