Middle School Concert Choirs

Middle School Chorale is a music elective offered to students in grades 6 and 7-8. Members in the sixth grade meet for 45 minutes during their "Musicianship Block" to prepare for on and off campus performances. Sixth-grade choir focuses on learning musicianship, types of music as well as some basic of composition and performance. For the 7-8 Grades, Choir is an elective course designed to further hone the skills learned during sixth-grade musicianship. Students meet for 45 minutes every-other-day to prepare for on and off campus performances.

Music Dept.'s Fall Soup Supper & Concert

On Thursday, October 24th, Lincoln Lutheran's Music Department will hold its annual Fall Soup Supper Concert featuring all the bands and choirs from grades 6 to 12. The Soup Supper starts at 5:00 in the commons and a free-will donation is asked to raise money for the Music Department. The concert will begin at 7:00 in the Main Gym. 

NCPA Award

The following students were awarded the NCPA Academic All-State award for the winter activity.  Riley Dawe, Ilya Korneev, Ella Moll, Gretchen Moll, Grant Donovan, Isaac McCoy, Shae Canfield, Adrianna Rodencal. The NCPA Academic All-State Award is a prestigious award that recognizes students for their academic prowess while participating in NSAA activities. NSAA high schools or their cooperative sponsors may nominate a maximum of two students for each NSAA activity program in which the school participates.
