MS BB CIT results

Congratulations to our MS BB teams as they all played very well and brought home trophies.  It was great to see how well each team supported each other all weekend.  Everyone played very well and represented themselves, their team, and our community extremely well.  We are proud of all of you.

MS Girls Basketball Ends Season

Both Middle School Girls teams were in action over the weekend in Seward for the Concordia C-Club Tournament. Both teams began the tournament with a bye and then each team defeated Immanuel, Columbus to advance to the championship game. The B-Team was able to control the game with its defense and won the title with a convincing 34-8 victory. The A-Team faced off against a talented Trinity, Cedar Rapids IA team in it's final game of the year.

State Dance & Cheer

State Dance & Cheer: Dance got 4th and was only .5 away from the runner-up and Cheer got 6th and was 6 points away from runner-up.  Great Job Girls!  

Rathe & Lavicky Sign with NWU

Congratulations to seniors Sam Rathe and James Lavicky who signed to play football for the Prairiewolves of Nebraska Weslyan University. The signing ceremony took place in the Lincoln Lutheran gym, Thursday, 2/8. Families and friends for both Sam and James were present as were the Lincoln Lutheran Football coaches. We want to wish Sam and James God's richest blessing on their college careers at NWU!

District Wrestling Results

Friday and Saturday (2/9-10) Malcolm played host to the 2108 C-1 District Wrestling tournament. The LL Warriors had a strong showing. Congratulations to three of our Warrior Wrestlers who finished their season with winning records, a first in LL Wrestling history! Junior Tommy Nabity finished with a record of 17-15 and finished Districts will a record of 2-2. Senior Joe Admiraal finished the year with a 21-20 record and finished Districts with a record of 2-2.
