Help Needed for Tonight's MS BB Games

There are still 4 spots that need to be filled for the MS BB games TONIGHT. Click HERE to sign up.  In particular we really need a second admissions person. If you would like to earn some easy cash, or students if you need som service hours, please talke to Mr. Brase to sign up to run concessions from 4-7:30. We need 3-4 people to run concessions. Thank you!!

MS Boys A Tournament

The 8th grade boys finished 2nd place in the Syracuse Boys basketball tournament on Saturday. In the first game Lincoln Lutheran defeated Fall City 38-22. during the second quarter Lincoln Lutheran outscored Fall City 18-0.  In the Championship game against Auburn the Warriors continued their streak of holding teams scoreless in at least one quarter of play by taking a 12-0 lead after the first quarter. In the end the Bulldogs defeated the Warriors in a hard fought contest. On the day 9 Warrior players scored during the tournament. Coach Duitsman

Lincoln Christian MS BB Tourney

Congratulations to our 7th grade Boys Basketball team who took 1st place at the LC tournament this past Saturday (12/2) The boys won both rounds finishing 34-18 vs. Bishop Neumann and 31-25 vs Wahoo. Congratulations also goes to the 8th grade team who took 2nd place. They won their first round match vs. Neumann 29-14, but fell short vs a tough Wahoo team Wahoo 33-LL 15.

The next games for both teams will be at the Syracuse Tournament on Saturday, 12/16.

Lincoln Lutheran Middle School Basketball Teams Make Historic Run at Nationals

Lincoln Lutheran Middle School Basketball Teams Make Historic Run at Nationals: For only the second time in school history, the Lincoln Lutheran Warriors Middle School Boys and Girls Basketball Teams participated in the Lutheran National Tournament in Valparaiso, Indiana on March 23-26. The Lady Warriors relied on strong defense to finished the tournament with a 3-2 record and captured 6th place out of a field of 32 teams from across the United States.

Congrats MS Boys and Girls BB!

Congratulations to the MS Girls Basketball team who finished out their great season going 3 & 2 this weekend at the National Lutheran Basketball Tournament in Valparaso, IN. The girls had several great games and ended up finishing 6th place out of the 32 teams that were there from across the nation. 

The Boys team also had a great showing going 4 &2 and finishing up as the Consolation Runner-up (10th place). Josh Puelz was also named to an 8 member All Tournament Team. Well done!!

Congrats MS Girls/Boys BB - Qualify for Nationals!

A HUGE Congratulations goes out to the LL MS Boys and Girls "A" Basketball Teams as BOTH teams qualified to compete in the 2017 National Lutheran Middle School Basketball Tournament! Both teams will be traveling out to Valparaiso, IN March 23 with tournament play begining Friday, March 24 and running through the 26th. Blessings to both teams as they travel and play! Well done Warriors!

MS Girls BB Teams Results at C-Club Tourney

The Middle School Girls B-Team had a strong finish to the season with a 3rd place finish in Seward over the weekend. They started off the tournament with a convincing win over St. John Seward before yielding to eventual champions West Point in the second round. In their final game, competing for 3rd place, a season of hard work paid off as the girls soundly defeated a scrappy and well-coached Christ Norfolk squad. The B-Team finished the season 10-4, finishing 3rd in two tournaments and 2nd in the Lincoln Lutheran Tournament.

Congratulations – MS ‘A’ Boys C-Club Champions !!

Congratulations to the MS Boys ‘A’ team for capturing the C-Club Class A tournament championship at Concordia.  In their first two games, the Warriors downed St John Seward 38-20 and St Paul West Point 31-14.  In the championship game, the Warriors defeated Trinity Cedar Rapids Iowa 44-34.  For the weekend, Carter Glenn led the scoring with 54 points over 3 games, Josh Puelz added 25 points, Derek Brockhaus 10 points, and Logan Glenn 9 points.  Congratulations on a successful weekend!! The Warriors record now stands at 10-2 for the season.
