Girl's Golf Results - Thurs, Sept. 18

The varsity girls golf team defeated Waverly Thursday in their dual at Crooked Creek.  The team had a score of 173 vs. Waverly's 218.
Klaire Nuttelman and Haley Wineman led the team each with a 41.  Abbie Fahleson added a 43, and Erika Smith completed the team scoring with a 48.

The varsity girls golf team won their dual against Palmyra Thursday.  The girls had a team total of 173 vs. Palmyra's team total of 237. Klaire Nuttelman, Haley Wineman and Erika Smith all shot a 43, with Abbie Fahleson adding a 44 to complete the team scoring.

District Golf Results

Coming off our best finish of the year at the Lincoln Christian Invitational a week ago, where Grant Johnson finish in his season best 1st place (medalist) and we shot our season best total of 337 finishing in 3rd place and only 14 strokes behind our District Rival Lincoln Christian, we entered the C-1 District Tournament with great confidence and the goal of finishing in the top three and qualifying as a team for State.  All Varsity golfers played very well and we ended up just short of our team goal, finishing in 4th place, 12 strokes behind third place Milford.

The Lady Warrior varsity golf team completed their season with a 5th place finish in the fifteen team State Championship on Tuesday, Oct. 15.  The team total of 418 was twelve shots behind the winning team from Minden which totaled a 406 in the tightly contested championship.  The team was led by Klaire Nuttelman who shot a 94 to tie for 8th place overall.  Abbie Fahleson and Erika Smith each shot 107, and Haley Wineman added a 110 to complete the team scoring for the event.

HS Girls Golf Results - Mon, Sept. 30

The Varsity golf team placed first at the Elmwood-Murdock Invite on Monday, Sept. 30.  The team total of 368 gave the girls the victory over the other seven teams in the event.  The Lady Warriors were led by freshman Erika Smith who shot an 89 placing her 4th out of the 33 competitors.  Amanda Loseke fired a 91 that placed her 7th.  Haley Wineman's 93 and Klaire Nuttelman's 95 placed them also in the top ten overall, completing the team scoring for the event.

Girls Golf Results - Monday, Sept. 23

The Lady Warrior varsity golf team placed first in their event at Friend Golf Course on Monday.  The team total of 196 bettered runner-up Exeter-Milligan who had a team total of 255.  The team was led by Amanda Loseke who shot 43 for the nine holes, placing her first among all competitors.  Klaire Nuttelman fired a 47 placing her second overall.  Haley Wineman's 51 and Erika Smith's 55 completed the team scoring for the event.

HS Girls Golf Results - Thurs, Sept. 12

The Lady Warrior varsity golf team won their dual against Palmyra Thursday, Sept. 12 at Woodland Hills.  The team was led by Klaire Nuttelman and Amanda Loseke who both shot a 48.  Abbie Fahleson shot a 50, and Haley Wineman added a 51 to complete the team scoring.  Their team total of 197 bested Palmyra who finished with a team total of 220.

Girls Golf Results - Friday, Sept. 6

The Lady Warriors finished third out of eleven teams at the Tri County Invitational on Friday.  The team was led by Klaire Nuttelman who shot a personal best 86 to tie for second place in the 50 player field.  Amanda Loseke followed with a personal best 98 that placed her 7th overall.  Freshman Erika Smith added a 112 to continue the strong start to her high school golf career.   Newcomers Eleanor Johnson and Cassie Lewis competed very well on the difficult Beatrice course.

Girls Golf Team wins Invitational

The Lady Warriors started out their season with a first place team finish in the Syracuse Invitational.  The team was led by sophomore Klaire Nuttelman who finished first overall in individual scoring with a round of 95.  Sophomore Abbie Fahleson finshed 2nd overall with a round of 100.  Senior Amanda Loseke fired a 105 to finish 5th overall.  Sophomore Haley Wineman shot 112, and  freshman Erika Smith had a 114 to complete the varsity scoring.

Girls Golf Team at Solheim Cup in CO.

Members of the Lincoln Lutheran Girls Golf team traveled this past weekend to Parker, Colorado to attend the Solheim Cup in Parker, Colorado.  The Solheim Cup (women's version of the Ryder Cup) features the top female professional golfers from the United States and Europe.  The weekend was full of golf--both as spectators and participants--as the girls were able to work in some time at a driving range and played a top Colorado course as part of their trip.
