HS Track - Concordia Bulldog Challenge

The Concordia Bulldog Challenge turned out to be a great day of competition! The girls team ended up 2nd out of the 14 teams and the boys placed 9th.A special congratulations to Mackenzie Koepke and Josie Puelz for setting new meet records! Mack in the high jump with a jump of 5'4" and Josie in the pole vault with a vault of 11'0". The girls 1600 m relay and 3200 m relay took first place, as did Josie also in the 60 m hurdles. Relay members names will be on the posted sheets by the main gym. Next meet is this Friday at Louisville. 

Kacey Kohlhof recognized

Kacey Kohlhof has been selected to be the LL representative as a member of the elite Nebraska All-State Track and Field Team. Congratulations!

State Track Results

Girls take 3rd place team finish at the State Track Meet! Congrats to all of our Warrior competitors at the Nebraska State Track Meet this past weekend. They all had solid performances and made LL proud of their accomplishments. Click "view" for more detail.

District Track

The girls track team were District Runner-ups with 136 points.  Between the boys and girls teams, LL has qualified 9 athletes and 2 alternates in 11 events for the State Meet this next weekend at Omaha Burke Stadium.

HS Girls Track Team Conference Champs!

They did it! The girls Track team are the Centennial Conference Champions! They scored 139 points to win by almost 40 points over Runner-up Scotus. The boys team had some outstanding performances as well to carry them in to District competition this Thursday. The following were dual winners as Conference Champions: Kacey Kohlhof - 100m and 200m dash. Rebecca Ziems - 400m & 800m;and Julia Pomerenke in the 100m hurdles and 300 m hurdles! Mackenzie Koepke also won the high jump and Josie Puelz the pole vault!

HS Track Results - Tues 5/3

HS Track Results - Girls have had 8 consecutive Champions or Runner-up team finishes as they won the Fremont Bergan Invite on Tuesday. They had an outstanding score of 183 points over Bishop Neumann's 169 second place finish. There were 10 first place finishes and many other medals along the way. The boys did an outstanding job yesterday as well, not scoring as many to finishes, but still were receiving personal bests and many medals along the way. A fun day to watch track, as they had beautiful weather and very supportive fans! We Are Warriors!!

JV Track results from Monday 5/2

JV Track results: No team scores were kept but almost all of our athletes placed and had personal bests! We had a lot of 2nd place finishes out of 8 teams. Great job!

Congrats HS Girls Track - Runner-Up

Congratulations goes out the Girls HS Track team on their 2nd place finish at the Columbus Lakeview Meet on Friday! The girls finished with 147 points, just shy of Scotus. The Boys' Team finished in 4th. 

Individual efforts of note: the girls team had 8 First Place finishes. The boys' 3200M Relay, Logan Kreiezel, Noah L'Heureux, Jacob Meyer adn Caleb Ziems, had a great day finishing first and set a new school record!

Track Results on 4/26

LL Warrior Girls took 1st place at the Cougar Invitational with 146 points. Freshman Josie Puelz set a new meet and school record in the pole vault clearing 10'. She also won the 100 m hurdles and anchored the winning 400 m relay. Kacey Kohlhof won the 100m and 200m and was also a part of the 400 m relay. The 1600 m relay also took first as well as freshman Rachel Ziems in the 3200 m run. The boys team took 5th place out of the 10 teams competing. The boys 3200 m relay took 1st place honors.

Track Results on 4/19

Girls team wins again,.....The HS Track teams did well yesterday in their performances at Tri-County on April 19th. The girls team won the meet by a narrow margin of 3 points over Wilber-Clatonia, as the Warriors scored 122 points to finish out the meet. The boys were a 9th place finish, but again some personal bests for this young team. Kacey Kohlhof once again won the 100m and 200m and was on the winning 400m relay, along with Hope Leimbach, Kate Staab, and Josie Puelz.
