MS Track Results - Saturday, May 14

The Lincoln Lutheran Middle School Track & Field team completed their season at the All-Lutheran Championships, held at Concordia University, on Saturday, May 14th. Despite the cold, blustery conditions, the young Warriors performed at a very high level and achieved many personal best performances. There were no team scores kept at this meet, but rather athletes were divided into three classes (A, B, C) based on height, weight, and age. All together, Lincoln Lutheran athletes won and amazing 81 medals and ribbons during the competition.

MS Track Results - Saturday, May 7

The Lincoln Lutheran Middle School Track & Field teams dominated the 9 school Fremont Lutheran Track & Field Meet, held Saturday, May 7th. No official team scores were kept, but by looking at the individual results, it is clear BOTH Warrior squads outscored the competition, and would have place first. Once again, there were many improvements by the Warrior athletes, as the girls registered 13 personal records/best, and the boys recorded 16 "PRs".

MS Track Season

The middle school track team has a new track coach this year. Mr. Votta has taken over the head coach position for the middle school track team. There has been a lot of tough competition for the middle school track meet at meets, but they have still been doing very well this season. They have usually finished either in first or second place.

MS Track Results - Tuesday, May 3

The Lincoln Lutheran girls won their second meet of the year at the 5 team Raymond Central Invitational, on May 3rd. The Lady Warriors out scored Wahoo by 29 points for their second straight win at this meet. The Lincoln Lutheran boys came up 1 point short behind Wahoo for the boys' title. Both squads took advantage of the nice weather, as the girls registered 22 personal best efforts this year, and the boys had 15 personal bests.

MS Track Results at Norris

The Lincoln Lutheran Middle School Track & Field Team competed at the 8 school Norris Invitational last Friday, and despite being the second smallest school, the young Warriors finished strong, and came home feeling quite proud of the accomplishments.   The Lady Warriors finished in 3rd place, only 1 point out of 2nd, and the Warrior boys tied for 5th place, but were only two points out of 3rd.

MS Track Results - Monday, Apr. 11

Congratulations to the Lincoln Lutheran girls Middle School Track & Field team for placing 2nd out of 7 schools and the Lutheran boys for placing 3rd out of 7 schools at the Wilber-Clatonia Invitational, held Monday, April 11th. The Lincoln Lutheran boys missed 2nd place by just 2 points. The highlights in the girls's division was the 1-2-3 finish in the 100 m Hurdles by Julia Pomerenke, Katie Klein, and Kacey Kohlhof. Katie also took first place honors in the High Jump with a leap of 4' 9".

MS Track Results at Friend - Girls 1st, Boys 2nd!

Despite to rainy cold first half of the meet both teams excelled, as the Lady Warriors repeated as meet champions in the thirteen-school meet, 27 points ahead of runner-up Malcolm, and the Lutheran boys finished 2nd this year compared to 6th last year.  The following scored points for the Lincoln Lutheran girls:
