Centennial Conference BB Tournament

Due to to the recent snow storm, there are a number of changes that have had to be made to games for the tournament. Please look at the attached schedules for the most recent (1/23/18 AM) version of the tournament brackets. Please note: a number of the schools in our conference are having snow days again today so there may need to be a few more changes made. We will send out an email if any changes are made. As of right now our Boys BB team will be playing TONIGHT at home vs. Boys Town at 7 pm. 

NLSW Dress-up/Event Days

NLSW Dress-up/Event Days starting Monday, January 22nd.  Tuesday: Jersey Day, Wednesday: Spirit Day & Dr. Miach Parker Chapel at 1pm, Thursday: Twin/Multiples Day, Friday: Movie Character Day.  Please remember that LL's school dress code is still in effect this week.  

Lutheran Schools of Lincoln Present Dr. Micah Parker

The Lutheran Schools of Lincoln would like to extend a special invitation to our LL families! On Wednesday, January 24th at 6:30 pm, Lincoln Lutheran will host Dr. Micah Parker. Dr. Parker will share a message entitled, "Trust Through Adversity". The presentation is appropriate for all ages, but will be a special blessing for those ages 10 and up! Admission is free and the presentation will take place in the LL Main Gym. 

Blackout For Beth Clothing-Deadline Friday, Dec. 8th

Some LL friends of the Volin family are independently sponsoring a clothing fundraiser to support Beth Volin, mom of Luke (10th grade) and Rachael (8th grade) who is currently battling metastatic melanoma. If you have a student who is planning on attending Lincoln Lutheran in the fall (2018-2019 school year), we encourage you to send in your application form now! It looks like the incoming 6th grade class will be a large one and we will be going on a first-come-first serve basis. We will guarantee enrollment for the first 60 students who apply.

MS Girls Basketball Captures Roundball Championship

Congratulations to the Middle School Girl's A-Team on their 36th Annual All-Lutheran Schools Roundball Championship run this past weekend in Norfolk. The last time LL won this tournament was in 2014 and included our current high school seniors. The Lady Warriors defeated St. John's Battle Creek, Omaha Concordia, and Trinity, Fremont by an average margin of more than 20 points each game. The girls also brought home the Sportsmanship Award along with a Free-Throw Contest 1st Place finish.

Long Term Spanish Sub

Candidate must hold a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Spanish. Substitute position will be mid-March and continue until end of 2017-18 School Year. This is a half-time, long-term Substitute position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
