5th Grade Visit Day - Oct. 11
Thu, 09/28/2017 - 12:26pm — Lincoln LutheranWednesday, October 19th, Lincoln Lutheran will be holding our annual 5th Grade Visit Day from 1-3 pm. All 5th grade students who are interested in attending LL next year are invited to participate. Fifth graders who are currently attending one of the Lutheran grade schools in town are already scheduled to attend this event. If you have a student who is a 5th grader, but not currently enrolled at one of the Lutheran grade schools, please contact Kristin Bennett at kbennett@lincolnlutheran.org or call us at 402-467-5404.

Eighty 5th Graders Visit
Thu, 10/21/2010 - 9:15am — AnonymousOn Wednesday, October 13th Lincoln Lutheran was buzzing with the excitement of 5th graders. Eighty students from Christ Schools, Faith Lutheran, Messiah Lutheran and Trinity Lutheran joined the Lincoln Lutheran staff and a few high school students on an afternoon full of fun.
Mrs. Penny Jacobsen
Mrs. Penny Jacobsen is fairly new to the Lincoln Lutheran family. She grew up in Omaha Nebraska with her one younger sister. She attended high school at Word of Life Christian Acadamy. She is married to her Husband Lonnie Jacobsen, who is also the pastor at Calvary Lutheran Church here in Lincoln. together they have two children Jordan, who is currently married to his wife Jamie, and Michaela their daughter. Penny loves hanging out with her husband and family, leading her bible study group, and doing ministry to young women.
Prior to working at Lincoln Lutheran, Mrs. Jacobsen worked for her husband as a secratary for many years, she also worked at a long term care facility for many years. she saw the job openning at Lincoln Lutheran and decided that it was a place that she could use her gifts. Penny's job at Lincoln Lutheran consits of recruting and communications. She has only worked here for six monthes but enjoys seeing the kids and their faith in action.
