Nebraska School Choice with Nebraska Capitol in the background

We wanted to share an online opportunity to our Lincoln Lutheran families that is sponsored by the Nebraska Parents Coalition. Join us for an exciting event coming up that will tell us more about how parents like you can make a difference for your child’s education – and what’s next for Nebraska.

What: Parent Power in Education

When: Tuesday, December 15, 6-7pm

Where: Online in your own home! Visit Facebook.com/NebraskaParents or email Clarice@nebraskaparents.org for more information.

The Nebraska Parents Coalition, in partnership with the Nebraska Catholic Conference other school choice advocates, are thrilled to be hosting Virginia Walden Ford, the real “Miss Virginia” from the recent blockbuster movie about successful parent efforts to get more educational choice for their families in the nation’s capital.

Virginia will be joined by State Senator Justin Wayne (LD 13), parent organizer Clarice Jackson, and American Federation for Children Board Member Kevin Chavous.

Make sure to RSVP online by clicking the link on the Facebook event or click here to register for the Zoom webinar. The first 15 families to sign up will be entered in a special prize drawing!
