Rathe & Lavicky Sign with NWU

Congratulations to seniors Sam Rathe and James Lavicky who signed to play football for the Prairiewolves of Nebraska Weslyan University. The signing ceremony took place in the Lincoln Lutheran gym, Thursday, 2/8. Families and friends for both Sam and James were present as were the Lincoln Lutheran Football coaches. We want to wish Sam and James God's richest blessing on their college careers at NWU!

Cole Schaedel & Logan Kreizel Sign with CUNE

Congratulations goes out to both Cole Schaedel and Logan Kreizel, as they both signed to play football for the Concordia University, NE Bulldogs! The signing ceremony took place in the Lincoln Lutheran Main Gym on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Noah and Logan were joined by their families and friends as well as LL Coach Greg Nelson and Concordia's Head Football Coach Patrick Daberkow. Apply Now for 2018-2019

If you have a NEW student who is planning on attending Lincoln Lutheran in the fall (2018-2019 school year), we encourage you to send in your application form now! It looks like the incoming 6th grade class will be a large one and we will be going on a first-come-first serve basis. We will guarantee enrollment for the first 54 students who apply. Remember that all current LL students will be auto-enrolled.

Volin Blackout a Success

During the December 19th boys and girls basketball games vs. Wahoo, both schools held a "blackout" to show their support for Beth Volin (parent to Wahoo alumn Ryan and LL students Luke and Rachael) who is battling advanced stage melanoma. The fans and supporters gathered under the theme "BEliveTH" a motto for Beth and her family as she goes through medical treatments. Beth was so very thankful for everyone's support and shared this letter of gratitude with the LL community:

New Building Opens

The outside of the multi-use building has been completed!  Thank you Schwisow Construction for a job well done! The funds for the construction of the building were made possible by 294 donors to the Now Through Eternity campaign.

Scott Ernstmeyer named "Patriotic Employer" by the Office of the Secretary of Defense

Congratulations to Lincoln Lutheran's Executive Director, Scott Ernstmeyer, who received an award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense in recognition for his support in working with long time Lincoln Lutheran employee and Reservist Doug Wiemer through his many deployments through the years. Doug's long time and tireless service in the US Reserves has led to a number of short-term and long-term deployments.

Lutheran Schools of Lincoln Present: Dr. Micah Parker

Lincoln Lutheran would like to extend a special invitation to the families within your ministry. On Wednesday, January 24th at 6:30 pm, the Lutheran Schools of Lincoln will host Dr. Micah Parker in the Lincoln Lutheran Main Gym, to share a message of trust with parents and youth. We believe listeners 4th/5th grade and older will benefit most from his message, but all ages are invited.
