Two Grandparents with granddaughter

On September 5, 2019 Lincoln Lutheran opened its doors for its annual Grandparents Day! The day was a great success with 285 Grandparents attending. The afternoon began with the Grandparents enjoying some drinks and snacks while the Executive Director Scott Ernstmeyer, Advancement Director, Lloyd Wagnitz and Principal Matt Heibel presenting a variety of information including a glimpse into the ministry of Lincoln Lutheran. At 2:30, the Grandparents were joined by their grandkids and the entire student body for an all-school chapel. The group was led in worship by parent and Pastor of the University Lutheran Chapel, Bill Steinbauer. It was a wonderful opportunity for the grandparents and students to take a bit of a break and enjoy the ministry of Lincoln Lutheran.

The Lincoln Lutheran staff and administration would like to thank all our families, including our awesome grandparents, for helping to make Lutheran Education possible. What a wonderful legacy for generations to come.
