Congratulations to the Lincoln Lutheran Girls Golf Team! The varsity team brought home the District Championship trophy on Monday, October 6th. Competition was held at the Oakland Golf Club in Oakland, NE.
The Lady Warriors won Districts with a team score of 377. The Lady Warriors placed four girls in the top five in the 13 team District Championship. The team was led by Junior Haley Wineman who shot a 91 to finish 2nd overall. AbbieFahleson (Junior) finished 3rd with a 93, followed by KlaireNuttelman (Junior) in 4th with a 96. Erika Smith (Sophomore) shot a 97 to finish 5th overall in the 59 player field. Junior Makenna Drewel made up the 5th member of the Lady Warrior golf team competing in District action.
