Jeremy Rosado will be performing LIVE on campus at Warrior Fest on August 24th. His latest hit single "Come and See" is impacting Christian radio stations nationwide, including the Bridge here in Lincoln. Check it out below!
Jeremy knew from a young age that he wanted to do music. He set his lifelong goal to be on American Idol. In 2012, after four failed auditions, he made the cut, beating out 12,000 other musicians that day in Savannah, Georgia. He finished in the Top 12 that season and was a favorite of Jennifer Lopez. According to his official website, Ms. Lopez said, "Jeremy has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard."
In 2021, Rosado was on 'Team Kelly' on NBC's 'The Voice' where he finished as a top 10 finalist. Shortly after, he was a guest on the 'Kelly Clarkson Show'. According to the Christian Post. org, Rosado told Clarkson that he puts out music that allows people to connect and draw hope in hard situations. His current single 'Come and See' (video below) is a perfect example. Rosado wrote the song for his sister who struggled with addiction for nearly 20 years. One night while performing a concert, he looked out into the audience to see his sister with her hands raised, eyes closed, singing every word to ‘Come and See’. "Here I was”, said Rosado, “watching God perform a miracle in front of my eyes.”
Since 'The Voice', he has toured with The Newsboys in addition to headlining his own shows. He's also written more than 50 songs with some of Christian music's best lyricists.
