Arial view of Lincoln Lutheran 2018

In the 1950s, church leaders took a bold step to form the Lincoln Lutheran School Association to serve students better.  After purchasing property on the edge of Lincoln, they launched ministry at 1100 N 56th Street in 1962.

Thirty years later, in the early 1990s, leaders took another faith-filled step to add a high school to the junior high ministry so Jesus could be shared with more students in the community.

Now Lincoln Lutheran is embarking on a journey to discover how and where God might call us to serve the community of Lincoln for the next 60 years.  It is exciting! It is scary! It is a God-sized process.

Please join us in lifting all the work being done up in prayer as we seek to guard and protect the current and future ministry of Lincoln Lutheran Middle and High School.

Land purchase is the next step in the journey.  A number of possible sites are currently being evaluated to see if they might become our future home.

Can you imagine what Lincoln Lutheran would be able to do with more space to develop additional academic offerings and activity opportunities?

  • Do you know someone who has property that could bless the future of Lincoln Lutheran's Christ-centered education?
  • Do you have a strong desire to make the purchase of land a reality through a sacrificial donation, or perhaps a donation of land?
  • Do you know of others who need to hear about the opportunity to support this process?

Please contact Scott Ernstmeyer or Lloyd Wagnitz with your thoughts or if you would like to sit down and discuss in more detail.
