
Spring P/T Conference Save-the-Date! Parents of 7-12th graders, mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 3 for Spring Parent/Teacher conferences. Parents of 6th graders will have student-led conferences on March 3rd and 5th (note: you will only sign-up for the teacher your student DOESN'T have 1st block). Please note that the Boys Varsity Basketball game that was postponed on 1/23 has been rescheduled for TUESDAY 2/11 at 7 pm. The Freshman boys game vs Malcolm that night has been moved to 5:30 pm. There will be no boys JV game. The Girls Basketball games that were also postponed on the 23rd have been cancelled due to conference play and scheduling conflicts.

Congratulations to the Lincoln Lutheran Girls Basketball Team for winning last night over Bishop Neumann in the first round of Conference Basketball! The Warriors will play tonight at 6 pm at GICC. Go Warriors!!


After 17 rounds of intense competition, the winner of the Lincoln Lutheran Spelling Bee was Avery Wieting (8th grade) on the word 'nefarious.' Avery goes on to represent Lincoln Lutheran at the County Spelling Bee in February. The runner-up was Jonathan Dale (6th grade), and third place was Caleb Meyer (8th grade). Great job to all our spellers!

Conference Wrestling was held this weekend and the Warriors made a good show. Congratulations to Grant Wells who finished second in the 120 weight class and to Keyden Uhrich who placed 4th in the 138 weight class. The Warriors head to Weeping Water today for another tournament. Good Luck!


Congratulations to the MS A team Boys Basketball team on winning the 2020 Roundball tourney hosted by St. John-Seward over the weekend. They defeated Concordia-Omaha, St. John-Seward and won the championship over Christ-Norfolk 50-22. The team also placed second in the free throw contest with Jason Steider, Jang Dak, Ryan Hager, Ollie Kollipara and Ryan Bokelmann. Logan Lebo and Alex Ohnoutka placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, in the 3-pt contest. Congratulations, boys!

Conference Basketball Tonight: A quick reminder that because the basketball game tonight vs. Bishop Neumann is Conference Tournament game, no passes will be accepted. Admission will be $6 for adults and $4 for students grade K-12. Go Warriors!


Lincoln Lutheran is planning to offer an April's Driver's Education class sponsored by All-Metro Driving and taught by John Bailey. The Lincoln Lutheran Blue Angels are hosting a Dance Clinic for students in K-5th on February 29th from 10:00am –2:00pm at Lincoln Lutheran. The cost is $30 per dancer which includes a t-shirt, lunch, poster and a snack. They will perform at the Blue Angel Show on Monday, March 2nd at 7:00pm. On March 27th, Lincoln Lutheran is hosting the Lincoln Lutheran Gala. Last year, the Community Outreach Leadership Team provided free child care during the event. We are hoping to do this once again. The child care will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church, which is located at 724 S 12th St. Kids can be dropped off between 5 and 6 pm, and should be picked up no later than 10:30 pm. There will be snacks and dinner served, as well as an abundance of games. The event will be run by adults and high school students from Lincoln Lutheran.
